Contacting Support from the Trustworthy Website
If you are not logged in or do not yet have an account, you can still reach our support team from the main Trustworthy homepage. The support chat is designed to provide quick answers and when available, connect you with a team member.
Navigate to the Trustworthy website.
Locate the blue chat icon in the lower-right corner of the page.
Click the icon to open a chat window and select a topic to get started.
Contacting Support from Your Trustworthy Account
For personalized assistance, we recommend contacting support while logged into your Trustworthy account. This allows our team to have account context and provide more efficient help.
After signing in, locate the Help button in the upper-right corner of your dashboard.
Click the Help button to launch the support widget.
If you don't reach a team member by chat, we'll get back to by email within 24 hours Monday - Friday.
