iOS and Android Apps
Trustworthy has both an iPhone and Android app, available in the App and Google Play stores.
On mobile, you can move files into the Trustworthy app by taking a picture or using the app's scan feature (not available on desktop).
The app offers all the features of the web experience. You can manage access, share secure links and, if you're on iOS, you can transfer files to Trustworthy from other apps.
Dark mode
The Trustworthy mobile app supports both light and dark mode on iPhone and Android. Dark mode is a mobile-only feature — the desktop web app is available in light mode only.
The app automatically follows your device's appearance setting. When your phone is set to dark mode, Trustworthy appears in dark mode; when your phone is set to light mode, it appears in light mode. There is no separate dark mode switch inside the app — it simply matches your device.
If the app is not showing dark mode, your device may have dark mode turned off. You can change this in your device settings:
iPhone: Settings → Display & Brightness → choose Dark.
Android: Settings → Display → turn on Dark theme.
The exact steps can vary by device and manufacturer.
Things to Note about the Mobile App
The iOS app is not built specifically for iPad. It runs as a phone-sized window rather than filling the screen, and there are no current plans for an iPad-specific app. For day-to-day use on an iPad, we recommend signing in to Trustworthy on your iPad in your preferred web browser.
It's still worth installing the app on your iPad for one thing: it adds Trustworthy to the iPad Share menu, so you can send a file in from your browser, Mail, or Files without switching apps.
If you purchase through the App Store or Google Play store, Trustworthy cannot refund you.
