Changing Your MFA

Edited

Trustworthy requires all members to pick an authentication method for their devices when logging into Trustworthy. Members may choose biometrics (face or fingerprint ID), authenticator app for TOTP (like Google Authenticator or Authy), an SMS code or a physical key like Yubico.

When you want to change your MFA contact support@trustworthy.com. We can reset your MFA (it will be across all devices) and you can choose a new authentication method upon login.

Notes

  • You can only choose one login method per device. EX: You cannot use Yubikey and a backup key at this time.

  • Resetting your MFA resets this for all devices

  • If you are using Google or Apple to login, we cannot send a password reset.
