Refer & Earn Program

Welcome to the Trustworthy Refer & Earn program, where you can earn money for referring Trustworthy to your network. You can make the world a more secure and organized place, one referral at a time!

1. Share your link with friends, family, or trusted professionals.

2. They save 10% on their first year of Trustworthy.

3. You earn 10% of what they pay when they buy a Silver, Gold, or Platinum membership.

4. Track your referrals on your affiliate dashboard — the Affiliate dashboard button in the app takes you straight there, or sign in at affiliates.trustworthy.com/login.

• Anyone who clicks your referral link will get a cookie that identifies you as the referrer for the next 60 days. If someone purchases Trustworthy within those 60 days, you can earn a commission.

• Your commission is 10% of the initial transaction value. So if someone buys a plan for $240, they get 10% off, and you get $21.60.

• Commissions aren't eligible for payout for 30 days as your referrals have a 30 day refund window.

• Commissions are paid on a monthly basis via Paypal. A Paypal account will be required prior to receiving your commission payout.

Your link lives in one of two places, depending on how you joined the program.

If you joined from inside your Trustworthy account

Sign in to the Trustworthy web app. On your home screen, look in the top right for the Refer & Earn icon — a hand holding coins. Click it and your link appears, with a Copy link button next to it. You can also reach the same panel from Settings, under Refer and earn.

In the mobile app, tap your profile photo in the top right to open your menu, then choose Refer and Earn under Quick links.

If you have not joined the program yet, you will see Create my referral link instead. Click it once and your link is ready to share.

If you signed up on the Trustworthy affiliate page

Many professionals, Trustworthy Certified Experts, and partners join at trustworthy.com/affiliate rather than from inside the app. Those accounts are held with Rewardful, the company that runs the program on Trustworthy's behalf, and your link is on the Rewardful dashboard. Sign in at affiliates.trustworthy.com/login to find it.

Not sure which one you have? Look in your Trustworthy account first. If it offers to create a link for you, but you know you already signed up at trustworthy.com/affiliate, your link is the one waiting on the Rewardful side.

If you signed up as an affiliate and see the message "The email address is blocked. Please contact us for assistance" when you try to sign in, the "us" in that message refers to Rewardful, the company that manages the Refer & Earn program on Trustworthy's behalf.

The two most common reasons this happens are:

• A message to you bounced. Rewardful tried to contact you by email and the email did not go through, so it was marked as a "hard bounce."

• Your payout account was flagged during a compliance check. Rewardful's payment processor, Tipalti, flagged the payout account. This can happen when:

  • Payment details are missing or incorrect

  • Address or tax information needs verification

  • Other account-specific compliance checks are required

To get this resolved, reach out to Rewardful directly. Go to rewardful.com and choose Chat or Contact from the banner at the bottom of the website. This is something only Rewardful can look into and resolve.
