Health & Medical (Coming soon)

Health and medical information is one of the most requested additions to Trustworthy—and we agree it matters.

A dedicated Health & Medical category is in development.

Our goal is not simply to create another place to store files. We're designing the system to recognize common healthcare documents and details, such as:

• Medical records

• Referrals

• Lab and test results

• Insurance and billing documents

• Prescription information

• Provider and specialist details

Trustworthy will then be able to support you in multiple ways, including:

• Extract important details automatically

• Organize files in the right place

• Link records to the correct family member

• Create and connect healthcare provider Contacts

• Surface answers through Search and Chat

• Help build and maintain caregiver plans, medical instructions, and other important household resources

We’re actively working toward this experience.

Until the Health & Medical category is available, we recommend organizing medical information within the Family category.

For each family member, you can create a dedicated folder or folders on their page to keep health-related information together.

Examples:

• Medical Records

• Referrals

• Test Results

• Prescriptions

• Insurance / Billing

• Care Plans

• Immunizations

This keeps each person’s information organized and easy to find.

When the Health & Medical category becomes available, you’ll be able to move these folders and files into the new category.

1. Open the Family category.

2. Select the family member’s page.

3. Create a new folder.

4. Name it based on the type of information you’re storing.

5. Upload files directly into that folder or Move them from elsewhere in your Account.

You can also upload files to Trustworthy from the homepage, and our AI may automatically organize some files for you. Unknown files will appear in "Unsorted."

Privacy and security is foundational to Trustworthy.

We use industry-leading encryption, tokenization, and other security practices to help protect your information. And our platform is HIPAA compliant, meaning health-related information stored in Trustworthy is handled with the high standards of privacy and security expected for sensitive medical data.

You stay in control of who can access your information, and can securely share documents or details when needed.
