Creating New Pages From Trustworthy Suggestions
When Trustworthy reviews a document, it may identify people, vehicles, properties, accounts, or other important items that could benefit from having their own dedicated page.
If a page for that item does not already exist, you may see a green plus icon (+) next to the suggestion. These icons will appear anywhere related files appear, including in the Inbox review panel, on a page, or in the Details section you can access when you click to preview a document.
Selecting the plus icon creates a new page and automatically fills in any information Trustworthy was able to identify from the document.
Why Create a Dedicated Page?
Dedicated pages give you a place to organize information related to a specific person, property, vehicle, account, policy, or other important item.
For example, once a vehicle has its own page, you can:
Store related documents
Add notes
Create reminders
Keep information connected in one place
As you continue adding information to your account, Trustworthy can also connect future documents to existing pages when appropriate in the Connections area of the page.
Examples
After uploading an auto insurance policy, Trustworthy may suggest creating pages for:
The insurance company
Vehicles listed on the policy
Drivers covered by the policy
After you accept a suggestion, the new page is added to the appropriate category and any available information is filled in automatically.
