Changing Your MFA

Edited

Trustworthy encourages all users to pick an authentication method for their devices when logging into Trustworthy. Users may choose biometrics (face or fingerprint ID), an authentication code (like google auth), a physical key like Yubico or signing in with a Google or Apple account.

When you want to change your MFA contact support@trustworthy.com. We can reset your MFA (it will be across all devices) and you can choose a new authentication method upon login.

Notes

  • You can only choose one login method per device. EX: You cannot use Yubikey and a backup key at this time.

  • Resetting your MFA resets this for all devices

  • If you are using google to login we cannot send a password reset.
