Adding emergency contact(s) to your Family Operating System® ensures those that need your information in the event of an emergency will have access. Emergency contacts do not have any access to your Trustworthy account today; they will only be given access in the event of your passing, or if you become incapacitated.
Navigate to your dashboard and click on manage access.
Next, click on add role on the top right of your screen.
Choose Emergency Contact.
Enter the individual’s name and contact information. Per the check box below, you’ll acknowledge that this person will have no access to your account now; they will only request and gain access in the event something happens to you (pending verification).
An email is sent to the emergency contact, directing them to a page that explains the role of the emergency contact: Emergency | Trustworthy: The Family Operating System
You can see when they accept the invitation and a list of those you have invited as an emergency contact on your manage access page.
