Finance: Manually Adding your Financial Institution

When creating new tiles in the Finance category, be it bank accounts, credit cards, investment accounts or loans, Trustworthy will prompt you to enter your financial institution name. If you've used Plaid to connect to your bank, the financial institution name will get updated automatically. If you're manually adding your bank from the pre-populated list and you can't find it, you can still add it manually. This video covers the steps to manually add a new bank or financial institution.

Things to Note about the Finance Category:

You can add new financial institutions, including their logo through the manual process
Trustworthy does not yet display account balances, Net Worth or financial reporting- but we are looking to bring that feature in sometime in 2025
Trustworthy does not offer a budgeting tool as of now, but this is something we're considering.
