Trustworthy customers have the option of purchasing their subscription through the Trustworthy website or through the iOS app store and, the Google Play Store.
If you purchase through Trustworthy.com and want a refund, please email support@trustworthy.com.
If you purchase a subscription through a third party, Trustworthy cannot modify, refund or cancel the subscription.

Requesting a refund from Apple will also cancel your subscription.
View the following video to learn how to request a refund from apple. The refund was requested immediately after purchased and received within 72 hours although it may take longer.
