Using the Gmail Connector with the Mobile App
The Gmail Connector automatically finds and imports PDF attachments from your email into your Trustworthy Inbox, so your important documents arrive without you having to search for them.
Connecting a Gmail account, changing its settings, and disconnecting it are done in the web app at secure.trustworthy.com. The mobile app does not yet offer these controls, but files imported from Gmail appear in your Inbox on your phone just as they do on the web.
What You Can Do in the Mobile App
Open the Inbox tab to review files that arrived from Gmail. Tap any file to preview it, edit the suggested title and details, choose a filing location, and accept it into your account.
You can also stop a particular sender from being imported without leaving the app:
In your Inbox, tap a file that arrived from Gmail.
Tap the sender's email address, shown under Added by.
Tap Don't accept PDFs.
Trustworthy stops importing from that address and removes the files from that sender that are still waiting in your Inbox. Files you have already accepted into your account are not affected.
What to Do on the Web
Sign in at secure.trustworthy.com, click your name in the bottom-left corner, select Settings, then Connections. From there you can:
Connect a Gmail account.
Change how far back Trustworthy looks for documents.
Edit your list of blocked or allowed senders.
Disconnect a Gmail account, which stops the automatic import entirely.
